Cancellation Policy


Some of Eco Health Oz services are subject to a cancellation policy. It is important that  clients understand their obligations when working with us, so that we can provide a timely and accessible service.
Please make yourself aware of the cancellation policy connected to the service you are accessing.

Counselling
A minimum of 24 Hours notice is required for all counselling appointment cancellations or the full appointment fee will be charged.

Clinical Supervision
A minimum of 24 Hours notice is required for all clinical supervision appointment cancellations or the full appointment fee will be charged.

Training
In the event Eco Health Oz cancels a training session or program, participants will be transferred to the next scheduled date or issued with a full refund.
If a client cancels a scheduled Eco Health Oz training program more than 7 days prior to the program start date, a cancellation fee less 20% administration fee will be charged.

If cancellations are made within 7  days of the scheduled training or program start date, a partial cancellation fee applies.

If a client cancels  scheduled  training or a program within 24 hours of due delivery and fails to provide an explanation in order to assess and negotiate a cancellation fee, the client will be invoiced for the total cost of the session.

In extenuating circumstances and unforeseen events, a cancellation fee will be waived subject to guidelines provided by the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
